Who is Bean Comfort?

Bean Comfort is a specialty brand focused on knee and joint comfort solutions. We design and supply supportive products – including our flagship GuardEase Knee compression sleeve – to help everyday people stay active, mobile, and comfortable without invasive treatments. ORDERS & PAYMENT

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your product, select the quantity, and click “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart”. Follow the checkout steps to enter your shipping and payment details. You will receive an Order Confirmation email shortly after your purchase is completed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with SSL encryption to keep your information safe.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at cs@beancomfort.com with your order number and the changes you need. After 24 hours, your order may have already entered our fulfillment process and changes may no longer be possible.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

First, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at cs@beancomfort.com with the name and email used at checkout, and our team will look into it for you.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship from?

Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers and partner warehouses. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order is packaged carefully and delivered safely to your door.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please note that any applicable import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.

How long will delivery take?

  • Within the United States: typically 7–15 business days from the shipping date.
  • International orders: typically 10–20 business days from the shipping date.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or local postal conditions during high-volume seasons.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to become fully active after the email is sent – this is normal and does not affect your delivery date.

My tracking hasn’t updated in several days. Should I worry?

This is common during transit, especially when packages move between carriers or cross international borders. Tracking typically resumes once the package reaches the next sorting facility. If there is no update for more than 10 business days, please contact us at cs@beancomfort.com and our team will look into it for you.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I request a refund or replacement?

Please email us at cs@beancomfort.com with the subject line:

“Refund/Replacement Request – Order #[your order number]”

Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo (if the product arrived damaged or defective)

Our customer support team will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the next steps.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please email us at cs@beancomfort.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or defective item. Our customer support team will review your case and guide you through the next steps to ensure an appropriate resolution.

How long do refunds take?

Once your refund is approved, it will typically be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
