Return & Refund Policy
At Bean Comfort, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you have any issue with your order, our support team is here to help and will work with you toward a fair resolution.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided your order has not yet entered fulfillment or shipping preparation.
If your cancellation request is approved within this period, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
After 12 hours, or once fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cs@beancomfort.com.
To help us review your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photo(s) of the item received
If your claim is approved, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a free replacement or a full refund.
Size or Fit Issues
If the product does not fit as expected, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at cs@beancomfort.com.
Our team will review your case and, where applicable, offer an exchange or another suitable resolution based on the condition of the item.
General Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at cs@beancomfort.com for return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or worn beyond normal inspection.
We may also decline returns for:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items marked as final sale
- Certain health and personal care items where return is not appropriate for hygiene reasons
Refunds
Once your return or claim has been received and reviewed, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund appears in your account.

All exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure the most appropriate solution.
